Weigh In Day

Jumped on the scale today and lost a pound since last Monday. I was hoping for more but I read that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week so i guess I'm doing good. It feels so good to eat better and get in my workouts on a daily basis. My old booty is coming back one lb at a time. Anyone else out there trying to shed some lb's??? If so what's working for you?
