Property Virgins No More

That's right, we bought a house last weekend! We always talked about buying here but never thought we would find one this fast. It's been a crazy ride with tons of papers to sign and our house inspection yesterday. Inspection day went well, happy to report that there is no major issues with the house. Big sigh of relief. Man we were a sight to see the day we put our offer in. I don't know about you but when I'm in a sticky situation and feeling nervous I can not help but laugh and my pits start to sweat. We signed so many papers that by the 50th one I forgot how to spell my name. Meanwhile Michael the graceful guy that he is tripped over my bag and broke one of the tables in the office! He wanted me to put it in my bag. No worries we told them he broke it. We close on the 19th of April but it will most likely be a lot sooner and I can't wait. It's hard to say that my kids will call WA home and not PA but I've learned along the way that it doesn't matter anymore where we live. My life is where my husband goes and I love this life we live. It's time to grow up and PA is not home anymore, WA is and I can honestly say I'm good with that. Shhhhhh........don't tell my parents!  Happy House Hunting. Our cherry has finally been popped we are no longer property virgins! Sorry but I've always wanted to say that.
